Healthy Eating at Restaurants

I don’t really count myself as a foodie since I watch a lot of what I eat. My biggest weakness is my sweet tooth but besides that, switching over to eating better was not all that difficult for me. I’m just not allowed to go towards the ice cream section at grocery stores because I’ll eat every gallon in one sitting… but besides that…

However, eating is also a social experience and I never wanted to deprive myself of spending time with friends and family because I was afraid of eating out. There are so many places I love to go to and brunch is my favorite meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here are some great restaurants for brunch, lunch, and dinner for if you happen to be in any of these places!


The Cottage- La Jolla, CA: Egg white veggie omelette


Portage Bay Cafe- Seattle, WA

A fruit and toppings bar…. genius!
